Our Cruise

I realize it has been a week now since we returned from our cruise and I haven't updated about our trip! However, I did post some pics on Facebook so most of you have seen some pics. Anyway, we had a fantastic, wonderful, most relaxing time ever! A big, big thank you goes to my mom and dad for watching two wild and crazy kids for over a week and surviving! Thank you, thank you, thank you. So here's a break down of our cruise in list form cause that's way easier to do!

Sunday: we set sail on the largest boat to date Freedom of the Seas. Ammentities included: rock wall, shopping mall, ice skating rink, 4 pools, 4-6 jacuzzis, a rock wall, mini golf, flo-rider, 3 dining rooms, and much much more.
Monday: spent the day in Cococay, Bahamas. Very beautiful, very windy due to the hurricane out in the western caribbean.

Tuesday: at sea so we explored the boat. There were awesome shows at night like a tribute to broadway show, comedians, the Newlywed Game Show (really funny), magician Drew Thomas, acrobats, and a fairy tale show that combined all fairytale stores together called Once Upon a Time.

Wednesday: St. Thomas....lots and lots of shopping!!! Great deals too! Very pretty country.

Thursday: St. Marteen. Very pretty also. Shore excursion that day was Treetop Adventure. Robert, myself, my sister Laura, and her husband Philip all rode zip lines through the rain forest. Pretty cool!!!

Friday and Saturday: at sea on our way home. Attempted the rock wall but was unsuccessful. Robert scurried up the wall with ease. Guess those long legs and arms come in handy!
Sunday: time for home.

If you've never been on a cruise, you should definitely go if you have the chance. Talk about service everywhere on the boat but especially our waiter. He would bring us out anywhere from 6-8 desserts a night just because. Course we ate them all, we didn't want to offend! LOL ;) You could order room service for free anytime too--awesome! Guess that's why I weigh more after the cruise! Oh well!
