Visiting Family

We had a great time last weekend visiting with my family in SC. We traveled down to celebrate my dad's 60th birthday which was Thursday, April 3 and to see my sisters and their families.

On Friday, my sisters, my mom, and I had a girls day and got manicures and pedicures together. It was a lot of fun and the first time we've done that with each other. No kids came except Luke since he's nursing. He did great too and flirted with everyone at the salon. He's gonna be a ladies man!

Then on Saturday, we had a birthday party for my dad. It was so much fun. A lot of his friends as well as family came and celebrated with us. His birthday gift from the family was a Nintendo Wii. I know it sounds crazy, but he loves to play the bowling and billards game on it. He's really good at it too. So my mom found him a Wii and now they play Wii all the time!

On Sunday, we all went to church with my parents and then to lunch at Olive Garden. On Monday, we headed home. The whole weekend was very busy, but very fun. It's so nice to see family. I hadn't seen my one sister since last summer due to her busy schedule and then me being pregnant around Christmas.

We took lots of pictures at my dad's party, but they were all on my mom's camera! The only picture we actually managed to get was of all the cousins at my parent's house. The oldest is Megan, 11; Gracie, 6; Lauren, 3; and little Luke, 3 months.
