Although Luke's 1st birthday is still two months away, he's getting in some practice on how to eat cake. He has helped celebrate a birthday with his cousin Julia and with his friend Claire whose birthday was today. I can't wait for his party. Of course, I'm sad that his first year has gone by so quickly but I can't wait to see him celebrate with his own cake! He had a great time diving into the cupcake as you can see. He had it in his hair, in his eye and eyebrows, as well as in his diaper. By the time we got to Lauren's cake on her 1st birthday, she was so tired that she barely ate any of her cake. However, I think Luke is going to have loads of fun when it's his turn!
