A special birthday visitor

Yesterday, Lauren turned 4. I can't believe she's already 4. To celebrate her special day, we started by going to her final class of swim lessons. She passed level 1 and showed off some of her swimming skills in the class. Next, we headed to "her store" as she calls it--Toys r Us. Their they gave her a crown, balloon, and announced her bday on the pa system. We then ate lunch at the Olive Garden where the waitstaff came and sang Happy Birthday to her. She really liked the attention.
Later in the day, she had one more big surprise. Snow White came to visit her. Lauren didn't know she was coming and was so awestruck that she didn't know what to do. It was really cute. Snow White gave her princess tattoos, she painted a heart and butterfly on her face as well as her fingernails. She also put eyeshadow, blush and lip gloss on her. Then to finish the expensive play date out (that's what Robert called it!), Lauren and Snow White danced to "Some day my prince will come". Lauren could not believe that Snow White actually came to her house on her birthday. We got some great pics and I think Lauren will enjoy her first meeting with Snow White for a long time. In fact, Lauren told me later that night that next time Snow White comes to her house that she could stay all day.
