A couple of weeks ago, Lauren participated in her 2nd Bike-A-Thon at her school. She biked so many laps, I lost count. She raised about $140 for her school. Yeah Lauren!! Her strategy for getting pledges? She flat out asked for $45 from every sponsor!! LOL! I see a successful career in sales as she gets older! Luke enjoyed the Bike-A-Thon this year too in style with his Batmobile big wheel.
After the event, Luke and some of his friends headed up to Home Depot to see the Home Depot NASCAR. He/they were SOOO excited! They even got to make their own wooden HD car with hammers and nails and glue. Then they raced them together. It was really cute and they had so much fun! Best of all, it was FREE!!
