Lauren's swingset finally came in this past Thursday. Yeah!! It only took about a month, but it seemed like forever especially with all the runaround with which store actually had the swingset in stock and who didn't. But at least we were able to get the one we wanted.After many, many, many hours of assembly by Robert and some of our friends, the swingset was ready to go yesterday afternoon. Poor Robert spent about 4 days and over 20 hours putting the set together. The extra pieces in the picture are for the picnic table that goes under the front porch of the swingset. There not pieces that "didn't fit"!
Lauren loves the swinget or park as she calls it. All summer she's been talking about how her daddy is getting her a BIG park to play on! So now she has her "park".
We leave Wednesday to visit Robert's family for the 4th and we'll be back next Monday. Have a happy 4th!

Oh my goodness! I have missed so much! The kids are growing so fast! Love the swing set! Maybe Robert can come over and help get our together! We've only had it for about a month now with no time to fix it!!! Looks like ya'll are having a great summer! Glad to finally check in on ya'll!! Happy late birthday to Lauren!!!
